This artifact contains a complete list of all important decisions made on the Service Engagement. For each decision, the detailed description and rationale for the decision are recorded allowing for full traceability of all decisions. In case a decision is based on the evaluation of multiple scenarios, the use of the 'DAR Weighted Average Matrix' is recommended to support the decision making process.
This artifact is maintained in the Group Tool. The template descriptions are also available in the e-3D Trackers description file.
Sample Decision Log is available on the Sample Trackers Site in e-3D. This link allows you to view some sample items, which can be downloaded for reference. You can also explore the various options available while entering the data in the tracker through the 'New Item' option. You will not be able to Save any of the new items created. |
